The best system we have found is called "Aquabrite" and it truly whitens even the darkest teeth. It even whitens tetracycline discolored teeth -- which were previously thought to be impossible to whiten. Drs. Cashion and Cody have extensively researched whitening and their research led them to Dr. Rod Kurthy, the foremost expert on this subject. Following Dr. Kurthy's protocol has led to the most amazing whitening results. We previously had hit or miss results but now the results are consistent and what's even better is the fact that the teeth stay whiter INDEFINITELY with some simple touch ups we'll share with you.

Can I change out these Old, Black Fillings?

Yes, a resounding yes!!! Drs. Cashion and Cody have not used the 120 year old technology of mercury filled amalgam fillings in 15 years. They have successfully used more modern filling material which is tooth colored and bonded to the teeth. The mercury filling is packed into the tooth and stays there because it is wedged in. The white filling is bonded to the teeth making them much stronger and therefore healthier.

Now, the teeth are not only stronger, but they look so much better. The gray tint of the dark mercury filling is gone and the cosmetic effect is visible with every smile.

Crowns that look like REAL Teeth

The development of new materials is probably the most exciting area in dentistry. Crowns have always been a metal base with porcelain on top. This looks OK but there were a few problems. Many times there was a dark ring that could be seen at the gumline. And, the metal under the porcelain makes crown look flat. Light doesn't bounce off the crown like it does a translucent tooth. We now have the biggest change in dental crowns since they were invented. The base of the crown is now a white zirconium instead of silver metal. The light bounces off the crown just like it does off a real tooth and there is no dark ring around the gumline.
